Why was Reiki given to The World?

Reiki is a communication between God and the Healer. The Healer then passes on this communication to the person being healed. In the beginning there was Usui and his part, like Jesus before him, was to start this whole thing off. He was to use it to heal and then pass it on to some disciples. These disciples in turn had then to go out and spread the word. They did their part well, and Reiki began to spread throughout the world. But this was slow, and it was still only from person to person. Then synchronicity stepped in. The world advanced with technological advances that Reiki could use to its advantage. Communication in the world improved a thousand fold. The news could spread faster and faster. First radio, then television, then satellites to enhance the network. Then came the big one: The Internet. The Internet is such a wonderful vehicle of communication. It is a freedom between countries, a freedom between the common people of the world. Reiki could advance much quicker with this vehicle. So the Healers were asked to open their minds to expand the ways in which Reiki could be passed on. This was the birth of the distant attunement. Suddenly you could go on the internet and find someone to attune you from anywhere in the world. But it still wasn't expanding fast enough, so the Source stepped up the process by giving the Healers the emotional need to spread this free of charge. The first Masters who offered this free attunement on the internet were guided to "Let's get this out there!" They 'knew' there was more to this than mere healing aches and pains or making profit. Reiki needed to be much more widespread. And so Reiki spread like wildfire. And is still doing so. These Masters are still working long and hard and to them we will always be most grateful. They are being true to the spirit of Reiki. They are bringing the 'word' to the world. WHAT WAS NEXT?The Source has the vehicle for communicating with the Healers. The numbers are growing exponentially, everything seems to be going well. But the communication was still person to person. The Healers were using the energy to heal themselves and others who asked for healing and they were attuning more people to the energy. The next step was to drive the Healers to give healing to the Planet. More and more Healers started to send healing to the Earth. But this wasn't going fast enough. The Source started to guide Healers to get together in local groups and send group healing to the Earth. But the Planet Earth was still not healing fast enough. So the urge to join together on the internet and form international support groups was introduced. Now you can join a group and coordinate your efforts with people from all over the world. You can ask for help on the internet and people from several different countries will answer your call. This is getting to be more like what the Source wants, communication between people of different nationalities, different faiths, different cultures. A really useful communication between the peoples of the world. But it still is not enough. The Source has much more to communicate to us. Our work is not finished. THE NEXT CONNECTION.
Some healers have developed the ability to 'know' when someone is in trouble. They seem to be almost telepathic with other Reiki healers. When they meet someone for the first time they instinctively know they are Reiki too. It seems to be almost like an unconscious communication of their higher selves. They recognize each other and rejoice in it. It has been happening person to person for some years now. It is the drive behind the local support groups, the drive behind the 'finding people of like minds' to come together. But it wasn't enough, we were given the need to communicate to a wider horizon. So the internet support groups came into existence to fulfil that need. We now have the ability to communicate with any healer anywhere in the world via the internet. We communicate through support groups, chat groups etc. and we see that we all are thinking along the same lines, we all have the same urges to heal the Planet Earth and its peoples. We are all working towards world peace. But it still isn't growing fast enough. All these individual Healers now need to connect together as one. The numbers of Reiki healers have grown sufficiently to advance to the next stage. Global communication and cooperation to use Reiki to heal the Planet. The internet provides us with the ideal vehicle to transcend political, religious and cultural barriers. We don't need to lobby the individual governments asking them to get their act together and sign international agreements. Reiki gives us the means to connect and communicate without all these physical restrictions.
So let's get started! There's no time to lose! Let's get the ball rolling and get this message out there! According to Greg Braden in his book The Isaiah Effect it takes only 8000 minds linked together to achieve astonishing change. So let's UNITE The Reiki Community. ONE GOAL. ONE MIND. ONE INTENT.
