I believe that Reiki attuned people are being connected to each other by the energy. I have 'felt' when other Reiki friends I know are in need. One friend was on holiday in Spain when I 'felt her pain' and sent her some Reiki. I 'felt' another's grief when she was at her mother's funeral and I sent her Reiki. I 'sense' Terry every time he is thinking about me. I 'knew' when my 'Fellowship of Healers' friend was thinking about me as he was writing me an e-mail. We don't need to be in physical contact or even have to know the others personally. The connection is there if we would but acknowledge it. Have you ever thought about our 'Reiki Collective Consciousness'? I believe that is what is happening to us. We are being connected together through the Reiki Energy for a purpose. The numbers of Reiki healers has grown so fast in the last 10 years that the governing bodies have become concerned. They are now tying up our most prominent teachers by getting them to concentrate on the logistics of self-regulation. In the past, Reiki people and other healers were portrayed as being weird and misguided or even worse, as charlatans. But now governing bodies are taking notice and have insisted that we self-regulate ourselves, and it is our top people who are being called upon to do it. This is tying up our most prominent people. The ones who would possibly be thinking on a higher level if they weren't being distracted. It started me wondering if 'Global Consciousness' has an ego side to it. Has this 'Global Ego' suddenly seen what is happening as each individual Reiki healer awakens to the need to heal the Planet? Has it said, "HEY!! THIS CAN'T HAPPEN. THEY COULD ACTUALLY JOIN TOGETHER AND ACHIEVE WORLD PEACE AND HARMONY WITH THIS!!" Is this why lots of 'new improved systems' are being 'channelled'? This keeps the minds of many other Reiki Healers distracted. Do you get the impression that Reiki is being diverted, separated and ultimately controlled by some immense 'Global Ego', that doesn't want us to awaken to the real possibility that if we joined together now we could actually achieve our ultimate goal? Are we being led down the same path that each of our earth religions have? The path where 'Global Ego' buried the Golden Thread of Love that is every religions true basis? The diversion that thwarted the Source's intent for religion to be the power to bring Peace and Harmony to all Mankind. Will we allow this 'Global Ego' to render Reiki as ineffectual as religion currently is to the Source? The Source intended both to be a wonderful way of uniting us together as a global force for Love. Every religion on Earth claims to want peace but if you were looking at us from afar and seeing the wars, hatred, and religious rivalry there is among us as a whole, you may not believe it. I believe it was the 'Global Ego' at work, effectively keeping them separate and rendering them harmless. Most Reiki Healers do Planet healing in some way. Every one of us feels the need to help the planet and mankind. To bring peace to our world. This must be synchronicity of purpose. But 'Global Ego' is waking up to this. More and more 'Modalities' are being invented. Some people have now started to write several modalities after their name. As if they need to mimic the medical profession who have lived off the phoney reputation of letters after their names for centuries. We have to be aware and do something to unite now. It frightens me to think that we could possibly miss this unique opportunity to bring about our goal of World Peace in our lifetimes - simply because we allowed ourselves to be distracted. I believe the real INTENT for Reiki is.........Global Healing. As Reiki Healers we all believe in the following: We believe in Synchronicity. We believe in Miracles. We believe in the power of Intent. We believe the Planet needs our help. We have the power right now!! All it takes is for us to communicate, cooperate, join together and coordinate the timing of our healing energies. So.... if we are right about all of this, then we don't need to lobby Governments, we don't need to persuade every Country to sign agreements, we don't need to get the people of the whole world to listen to us. We just need to communicate between ourselves, agree to coordinate then let the pure intent of Reiki energy do the hard work for us. But the time is now, before the Global Ego has the chance to do any more damage. Please don't let us miss this unique opportunity The Source has given us. There are many other individual sites doing Planet Healing, you may already belong to one. We don't want people to stop working with these groups, we just want to create a coordinated global effort focussed at a specific time each day.... 12pm (noon) GMT.
